1. Eastleigh Tenancy

All vehicle rentals in Eastleigh are subject to a Rental Agreement issued at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. The agreement sets out the terms and conditions, insurance cover, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Eastleigh Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Eastleigh, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement for Eastleigh rentals. Bookings are accepted via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Eastleigh office. A booking deposit may be requested to confirm your reservation. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes for which the vehicle is not intended...

Violating restrictions in Eastleigh may result in immediate termination and extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Eastleigh

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Eastleigh Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid to Eastleigh Vehicle Hire Services for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months immediately preceding the event.

9. Governing Law (Eastleigh)

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and apply to matters relating to Eastleigh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Eastleigh Terms
